Donyelle has worked with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities since 2005. She worked in the Natchitoches Parish School System while earning her undergraduate degree from Northwestern State University. In 2012, Donyelle began working at BIG where she has had the opportunity to experience the use of Applied Behavior Analysis firsthand while receiving supervision for BCBA certification. In 2014, Donyelle completed her master's degree in psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She earned a 2nd Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction-High Incidence Disabilities from Nicholls State University. She is currently providing school consultation services and working towards the Teacher 2 rank of CABAS (R) ranking system.
