Donyelle has worked with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities since 2005 while earning her undergraduate degree from Northwestern State University. In 2012, Donyelle began working at BIG where she has had the opportunity to experience the use of Applied Behavior Analysis firsthand while receiving supervision for BCBA certification. In 2014, she completed her master's degree in psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She earned a 2nd Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction-High Incidence Disabilities from Nicholls State University. Donyelle provides school consultation services and professional development workshops for teachers in K-12 classrooms. She is currently working towards the Teacher 2 rank of the CABAS (R) ranking system and pursing a Doctorate in Adult Learning and Workforce Development.
