Donyelle has worked with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities for nine years. She worked in the Natchitoches Parish School System while earning her undergraduate degree from Northwestern State University in Communication Studies with a minor in English. In 2012, Donyelle began working at BIG where she has had the opportunity to experience the use of Applied Behavior Analysis firsthand while receiving supervision for BCBA certification. In 2014, Donyelle completed her master's degree in psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She is currently pursuing a 2nd Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction-High Incidence Disabilities while working towards the Teacher 1 rank of CABAS (R) ranking system.
