OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW

Explore Our Open Positions

At BIG, every role carries real purpose — because the work we do every day shapes the trajectory of a child's life. In a field where staffing is often reactive and rushed, we take a different approach.

We hire for values first — curiosity, humility, and a genuine commitment to the children and families we serve are non-negotiables. From there, we grow together — through hands-on mentorship, collaborative learning, and a culture that encourages questions as much as answers.

For us, clinical excellence isn't measured by checkboxes. It's reflected in the way every child is seen, supported, and celebrated — and in the professionals we become along the way.

Great teams aren't stumbled upon. They're built with intention.

Who We’ve Helped

What our staff says about us

I’ve been here quite a while, and I can say that I’ve never seen  us have such amazing team work. Throughout the clinic, across classrooms, and  within classrooms (our class most of all IMO 😁), everyone works so  well together and provides such a great atmosphere and culture at BIG. And  what’s best, it really seems to show in the progress and happiness of our  kids!!

Working at BIG has been my biggest blessing! There are so many  learning opportunities and ways to move up! I have been at BIG for about a  year and a half and still learn something new everyday. The staff,  administrators, and kiddos are truly the best!!

I love BIG! All of the BCBAs truly care about their clients and  their progress. They are so helpful with the therapists. They help when it’s  needed with the clients. I love watching the kids grow and learn new things!  The admin team is awesome and so involved with all of their staff! BIG is the  best!!!

Working at BIG has been one of the most rewarding experiences of  my career. I truly love my job. The leadership team is not only present but  also incredibly open to feedback, which makes you feel heard and valued. One  of the things that sets BIG apart is that every classroom has a BCBA inside —  there’s always support, guidance, and someone to collaborate with. BIG also  offers a clear and systematic way to grow financially at your own pace, which  makes advancing both motivating and achievable. They’re intentional about  reinforcing their staff consistently — whether it’s providing a classroom  lunch once a month or using the Kudos app, where we get to shout out  coworkers who are doing an amazing job, and those shout-outs actually earn  real money! It’s such a fun and meaningful way to build each other up. Most  of all, I genuinely enjoy working alongside a team of passionate techs who  show up for each other daily. At BIG, you don’t just work — you grow, you’re  supported, and you’re appreciated.

While I think every organization has room for improvement, BIG  has been an excellent place of learning and growth for me personally. I enjoy  my work and the people I work with, and I appreciate that I feel seen and  known as a part of the BIG team.

I feel so valued here as an employee, I appreciate the positive  feedback I’ve been getting and it makes me excited to come to work everyday!

I feel very welcomed here! All of the staff are so helpful and friendly, and all of the systems in place are so organized!

I genuinely feel seen and heard in my role, which makes all the  difference. The company fosters open communication and values employee input,  creating an environment where I feel supported and appreciated. The focus on  collaboration and growth encourages me to bring my best self to work every  day. I’m grateful to be part of a company that truly listens and cares!

I love how engaging and friendly everyone is, and adore how  staff go out of their way to help one another. The themed days are so much  fun, and it is a great environment to learn in!

I am highly satisfied with BIG and everything they offer to both  employees and clients! I enjoy everything about my job, from the children to  my coworkers and administrators! I learn something new everyday!

I love working at BIG and think that the staff is wonderful! I  think the hours are great (perfect for working moms) and my job gives me  flexibility if needed. I also appreciate that the Directors always make  decisions with the greater good in mind, and always takes into consideration  how both staff and clients could be affected.

I love the community of support that has been built at BIG. I am  never afraid to ask a a question or ask for help because of how considerate  everyone is and how fun the environment is to work in.

I love BIG and the overall environment. I love the amazing  energy that I come into every morning, the positivity is a blessing!

The team I worked with is the literal best! The work place  culture is of support and patience especially for someone who is new to ABA  like me, they are quick to answer my questions and always make sure my client  and I are doing well! Absolutely love working at BIG❤️

BIG is a great company to work for. They offer many activities  for clients. The company makes sure that we know we are appreciated. BIG has  an awesome training program. You are not just thrown out there to figure it  out on your own. The environment is very welcoming and the people are  friendly.
