Allison Sims

Allison earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Louisiana State University in December 2021. She later completed her Master’s in Education with a concentration in High Incidence Disabilities from Nicholls State University in August 2025. In March 2025, Allison became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and practiced in that role while continuing her professional development. In January 2026, she earned her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Allison is passionate about supporting individuals with diverse learning needs and using evidence-based practices to help clients build meaningful skills and improve their quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, baby boy, and her two dogs.
