Destiny has been working in administrative roles in ABA clinics for over a decade and has been the insurance coordinator at BIG since 2019. She works closely with insurance payers to verify benefits, obtain authorizations, and ensure services are covered so clients can access the care they need. She is dedicated to making the insurance process as smooth as possible for families while ensuring our clinical team can focus on providing effective, evidence-based care for their clients.
