Macie Nickles

Macie graduated with her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southeastern Louisiana University and she currently attends Ball State University working towards her masters. Macie graduated from BSU in May 2026. She has been at BIG since June 2023 and worked her way up from intern to line tech to program manager and now BCaBA! Macie loves watching the kiddos learn new things and master those hard skills they've been working on! She is excited to learn and grow in her position as BCaBA at BIG.
