Rachel Sensebe

Rachel is the HR Coordinator at Behavioral Intervention Group, where she has been making an impact for the past two years. She began her journey at BIG as a line technician but soon discovered her passion for administrative work, leading her to a fulfilling career in Human Resources. Rachel loves working in the ABA field, as it allows her to witness clients’ growth firsthand and contribute to meaningful change. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Louisiana State University in 2024. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.
